Pappadam
Pappadam started operations in 2015 and has ever since been a favourite Coastal experience for a niche audience in the city of Kolkata. This restaurant serving Coastal cuisine uses ingredients that were once a part of the Mothers’ recipes in Goan, Kerelan, Mangalorean, Mysorian, Andhra households. Pappadam comes from the same owner as The Biryani Company and evolved from the love of creating a journey of the taste palate.
While pitching for The Biryani Company (rebranded by us as Biryanishk), we were handed responsibility to market this coastal cuisine restaurant as well. From revamping the interiors to holding bloggers’ meet, building a noteworthy social media presence, photo shoots, designing and executing food festival campaigns, hosting live events – we’ve gone 360 degrees with the marketing of this restaurant.
Another addition to our kitty was working on the interiors of their outlet at The Calcutta Club.
A fully responsive website with e-commerce option is in the pipeline for Pappadam.
